Salman is a physician by background with broad management experience across the healthcare industry.

After completing a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Transplantation Immunology at Yale University School of Medicine, he transitioned to the business side of healthcare, working at McKinsey and then BCG in their respective healthcare practices, where he served both national and global companies in various healthcare sectors.

With a deep appreciation for foot & ankle healthcare due to his spouse being a practicing podiatric surgeon, Salman is dedicated to enabling independent podiatry practices to thrive.

He brings extensive experience in managing high-growth companies and has successfully served the operational and strategic needs of various healthcare companies, including medical practice platforms and health insurance companies.
